Elif Ak and Gamze Akyol won the first place in "ACM womENcourage Hackathon"

Elif Ak and Gamze Akyol, graduate students of Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering, have won the first place in the ACM womENcourage Hackathon in the category of "Artificial Intelligence and Welfare" with the project entitled "Personal Assistant Chatbot for Employees (PACE)". As an award, they won HP mini server, which is supported by Var Group and HP. ACM womENcourage aims to bring together women in the computing profession to exchange knowledge and experience. This year 6th ACM womENcourage 2019 was placed in Rome, Italy.
