ITU Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering and Turkcell are excited to announce Turkcell Research and Scholarship Program for the 2022-2023 academic year (both Fall and Spring Semester).
The aim of this scholarship program is to support graduate studies in ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program at MSc and PhD levels. The scholarship program offers a monthly (offered for 12 months) stipend of 10000-TL (total 120.000-TL a year) to both MSc and PhD students. The scholarship covers only the 2022-2023 academic year.

Requirements:
- Transcripts (both undergraduate and graduate). Min undergrad GPA requirement is 3.00.
- A detailed CV.
- A document showing that the candidate is enrolled in the ITU Computer Engineering Graduate Program.
- An approval letter from the academic advisor.
- A research plan (300-500 words). It should include possible academic papers/project outcomes that the applicant plans to do in one year.
- The application will be uploaded to https://kovan.itu.edu.tr/index.php/s/N5oGoPfLtPlKwEs as a single compressed file.
- The candidates are expected to submit their application online and attend the interview on the date which will be announced in the Faculty website.
Attendance / Success Criteria:
The selected scholar
- Should not leave ITU or be expelled.
- Should not suspend his/her registration, except for documented health reasons.
- Should have a min GPA of 3.00/4.00 at the end of the each semester after the start of the Scholarship.
- Should not receive any disciplinary action during his/her graduate education and does not have a criminal record.
- Should not work at another company/institution during the period of the scholarship.
