Research Areas
The High Performance and Cloud Computing Lab operates within the Department of Computer Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). The lab conducts research on computational acceleration through hardware and software solutions, explored independently or in combination. In response to growing demand in the field, its research has increasingly focused on accelerating Deep Learning (DL) applications and enabling privacy-preserving computing through the acceleration of Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) primitives and FHE applications, leveraging algorithmic approaches, compiler optimizations, and custom hardware design.
