The Health Informatics Lab is an interdisciplinary research environment dedicated to developing innovative solutions for healthcare using information technologies, artificial intelligence, and data-driven methods. The lab focuses particularly on medical imaging, image quality assessment, image reconstruction, computer vision, and machine learning and deep learning-based clinical decision support systems. Its research aims to develop reliable, explainable, and practically applicable methods that support diagnosis, analysis, and clinical workflows. The lab also contributes to the effective use of health data, the improvement of healthcare processes, and the education of the next generation of researchers in health informatics.
